I’m Aisha Thaj, a first-generation Indian American product designer based in the San Francisco Bay Area. I currently work at Bell as a Senior Product Designer in Advanced Programs, exploring everything from VIP interiors to pilot interface concepts. What drives me is curiosity: noticing how things work, why they work that way, and finding ways to make complex systems feel intuitive and human.

My work sits at the intersection of physical and digital systems. I use visualization and storytelling to help teams make decisions, align on strategy, and communicate ideas clearly. From exploring material and finish combinations for customers to designing interfaces for emerging aviation technologies, I thrive on solving complex problems in ways that feel simple and thoughtful.

I enjoy collaborating with cross-functional teams, refining details that most people never notice but always feel, and learning new things along the way.
